Job Title PAM Specialist and Endpoint Security Level 3
Location Noida
Objective or Purpose
To manage and administer security technologies for HCL and its Global customers. Provide L2 line support on all, including complex security issues and projects (implementation) liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting directing other support staff where appropriate. This will include the support of existing products and new product implementation that come under the responsibility of the security team. Position is based in the XXX 24x7.
Responsibilities
Operational support for endpoint security products, agent and troubleshooting on an enterprise scale.
Troubleshoot all Level 2 Calls and provide continual delivery improvement and meet Client SLA from the Global Clients
Ensure client assets are compliant with Endpoint security protection best practices.
Responsible for documentation compliance with clients security policy and periodic updates
Should be effective in coordination with client users and team.
Hands on Experienced in configuration of appliance and console, installation, Upgradation, User Policies, Privilege account provisioning and AV policies.
Manage PKI services including Certificate generation, Revoking certificates and CSR.
Management of McAfee ePO versions including implementation and administration of ePO components.
Troubleshooting and fixing agent and connectivity issues.
Incident detection and response activities.
Managing access to Windows, Unix/Linux, web portal, RDP Published application.
Should be capable to deploy/install/configure PAM Components.
Indepth understanding to use accounts Services, and task Discovery tools.
Migration and Upgradation of PAM activities.
Report generation and analysis from McAfee console.
Coordinate with Client s Security Management and attend all security meetings.
Work on complex or escalated incidents, problems and changes within the Operational environment. Supporting 24/7 Cyber Sec environment.
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in one or more PAM products technologies, PKI Certificate services and McAfee AntiVirus.
Should be willing to work in 24x7 shifts.
Good knowledge of ITIL principles, reporting formats, written and Verbal communication, create KB articles and SOP for endpoint security track is an added advantage.

Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (5.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
