Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of restaurant clients with a focus on revenue retention, contributing to our company's expansion.
- Act as the primary liaison between our firm and a variety of online food ordering e-commerce platforms.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with a broad array of both new age and legacy restaurants.
- Develop process frameworks, creating business review presentations, performing data analysis, and executing related tasks.
- Implement strategic initiatives aimed at client retention, embodying a strong emphasis on the farming role.
- Represent our company in client meetings, effectively acting as the public face of the company.
Requirements:
- Skilled in using Google Suite and has a working knowledge of Excel.
- Must possess a strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Well-versed in diverse online tools to streamline processes
- Outstanding ability to solve problems and tackle daily obstacles effectively
- Capable of managing time-sensitive projects and balancing competing tasks
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions
