6-8 years of support experience in Java or Mule . o 2 years of relevant Support Lead Experience o Support team management
Mandatory Skills Required o In any of the Support ticket tool.
- Hand on Support Lead Experience o ITIL Process o Any one of the ticket Management tool: JIRA, ServiceNOW o Any one of the Code Management tool: SVN, GITHUB o Devops tools (Maven, Hudson/Jenkins, Azure CI/CD) o Good knowledge on OOPS concepts and design/integration patterns. o Strong research, investigation, and evaluation skills. o Strong analytical ability as it relates to system design. o Excellent knowledge of Windows / Unix / Linux o Frequent Client Interaction in current role
