Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office data, Mail correspondences, Quotation generation, and performing general office administration tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent English Proficiency and writing skills.
  • Experience with Computer and filing system.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in office administration or related field preferred.
Job Requirements:
  • Day To Day Mail correspondences, filing, quotation generation.
  • Data Preparation Of GST, PF, ESI & TDS
  • E-Way Bill Generation & Billing Invoice and E Invoice.
  • Basic MS Excel.
  • Maintain Accurate Inventory Records and Files.
  • All Office Data related works.
