The central point of action for this role will require to endure the responsibility of continuous improvement in quality of data and governing the inflow/automations, unique ways within regulatory framework from credit institutions, which has wider impact in the financial services industry & set CRIF Highmark as leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with client partners and BIU/Technology/Engineering team(s) on data reporting across the client portfolios.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills to drive data improvement project
Self motivated to drive results by regular monitoring and reporting to managers/management team.
Harnessing network among banks, NBFCs, and other lenders to improve data quality index / Acceptance / automations / Data Recency.
Understanding challenges of credit institutions pertaining to data and providing timely & innovative resolution
Developing and maintaining strong relationship with customers to ensure long-term success
Acting as liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring requirements are met within the expected timeline and quality
Resolving data issues in existing data and ensuring the quality of incoming data
Meeting top clients on monthly frequency
DESIRED SKILLSETS:
More than 5 years into client facing role in lending industry
Strong communication skills
Strong network within banking industry
Ability to analyse data and present insights/storyboards
