Water Treatment Plant Operator Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra and All over India Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-2 years Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain water treatment plant equipment and systems according to standard operating procedures. - Monitor plant performance and adjust processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. - Conduct routine inspections, tests, and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency. - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform corrective actions as needed. - Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality parameters. - Assist in the development and implementation of plant improvement projects and initiatives. - Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plant equipment. - Knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems. - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if required.
