US Corp FP&A-Job Description Role: FP&A RPS Manager / Senior Manager Reports into: Associate Director / Director Job Description: To provide end-to-end financial support for multiple healthcare service lines totaling approximately $1 Billion of annual revenue. Key activities include Provide financial budget and forecasting support to operational leaders on an ongoing basis, weekly tracking of business risks and opportunities with regular report-out to R1 senior leadership, analyze and prepare monthly budget vs. actuals commentary and lead quarterly company-wide budget reforecasting process. This role would require working closely with onshore teams (both operational and finance leads), strong financial analytical acumen and the ability to work independently to drive constant process improvements. Person should be comfortable working in matrix organization and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in India and US. Must have excellent knowledge and rich experience in financial, planning and analysis (FP&A) functions for US operations. Job Responsibilities: Lead / Prepare / Review the following FP&A activities: Leading a team of 1 to 2, responsible for Financial Reporting and Analysis for entire RPS. Standardization and automation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports. Work closely with various service line FP&A FBP’s on US side to create Standard reporting packages. Mentoring and Developing team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Controllership, HQ FP&A and other Business lines) to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Handson experience for creating dashboards beyond excel, using Power BI, Adaptive dashboarding. Ensure timelines, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of the above reports & analysis. Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Lead and managing multiple paralleltransitions. Onshore stakeholder management including Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews Extensive knowledge of handling Business P/L & reporting for a US based operations Qualifications (Must to have): Excellent MS-Excel skill & Presentation skills Experience and Standardization and automation of reports Strong Analytical and Reporting skills; ability to create meaningful ad hoc reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills 8+ years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain. 5+ years of Experience in Client Management & Team Handling. Preferred Chartered Accountant / Semi Qualified C.A. / ICWA / ACCA UK/ US CPA Power BI dashboard creation Knowledge of AdaptiveJob tags
