Job Purpose
: The role is responsible for hiring desired best fit profiles for senior management/leadership talent for Steller. The role ensures that the senior management talent needs of the clients are met in a timely manner by clearly defining the talent acquisition approach. Job Title : Senior Consultant Location : Gurgaon Job Responsibilities : Operations : Responsible for harvesting and maintaining good relationship with existing clients Focus on customer satisfaction Responsible for sourcing applications for corporate for senior management positions. Tracks and monitors recruitment metrics and SLAs with team. Hires from appropriate hiring channels(internal/external) to ensure recruitment process response is aligned to business requirements Build and maintain relationships with targeted channels for hiring employees for leadership roles Ensure communication is made to all candidates who appear for the selection process in order to maintain a consistent image of the brand People Management : Review and monitor performance of subordinates on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Develop human assets and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Job requirements Graduate degree/Post-Graduate degree in any discipline preferred BTech, MTech, Bsc /MBA Total experience 10+ years, Relevant experience : 8+ years Behavioral Competencies : Executes for Excellent Results • Displays a Positive Attitude • Applies Logical Thinking and Reasoning • Team management skills Functional Competencies : • High Process and Quality Focus • Good Interpersonal Skills • Customer Focus.Job tags
