Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Back Office Executive in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for back office operations, office operations, communication, sales, and finance. Responsibilities will include data entry, processing of invoices, managing paperwork, generating reports, responding to queries, and coordinating with different teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in back office operations, including data entry and invoice processing
  • Excellent office operations skills, including filing, record keeping, and general administrative duties
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Basic understanding of finance, such as managing petty cash and invoices
  • Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Bachelor' of commerce with accounting, account reconciliation is mandatory
