We have an Excellent Opportunity for Freshers as well as Experienced Candidates for Telecaller Role.

About Client:

Our Client is an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, It also operates in other business verticles including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: Telecaller/Customer Support

looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team.

Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, and knowledge of English Telegu and Kannada is preferred. 

• Prior experience in telecaller, customer support or a similar role is a plus.
  
• Good communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated.
  
• Proficient in Hindi (mandatory) and knowledge of Hindi and Kannada (preferred).
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  

Requirements

Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Telegu is advantageous.

1+ yr exp in Telecaller or customer support or any similar role

Benefits

Open for both fresher as well as experienced.

Salary:   Max 3lpa for experienced and 2.4lpa for freshers.

Shift:   General (Candidate must be flexible to work as per process requirements)

Weekly Off:   Roaster Off
