Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Co-Founder role with HiFill Infotech (P) Limited in Kolkata, responsible for managing and operating daily activities. The Co-Founder will work closely with the CEO and other executive staff and will be responsible for implementing the company's vision, mission, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
- Experience with strategic planning and execution
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience with startup organizations or management consulting is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
