We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who will lead to make our engineers more productive. In this role, you will · Hire and nurture engineering talent and build a high-performing team focused on productivity. · Implement tools, systems, and processes that accelerate engineering velocity. · Build a customer-focused team. Must-have experience: 7+ Years of Experience in Full stack Development 5+ years experience in a B2B environment using node js, react, and sql Experience with both backend and frontend frameworks Building and shipping web applications, especially complex b2b products Deploying in cloud environments AWS, GCP, Azure Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, serverless, IAM Working in teams of varying skills including design and security Handling the entire development cycle Taking technical architecture decisions for the product Passion for security Preferred experience: Working at a startup Experience as a tech lead, security engineer, cloud security Determine and build metrics to measure product success Most importantly: Apply to be a founding engineer of a cool cybersecurity security startup Do meaningful cutting-edge work Work with a team that has decades of experience in this field Solve real problems facing cybersecurity Ability to join within 30 days Culture: Humility, teamwork, integrity, resilience.Job tags
