About The Team

Directory Services team support the design, implementation and ongoing operations of information security tools and services. This includes translating business and technical requirements into robust enterprise security software solutions that ensure information assets are adequately protected with acceptable levels of control. This team also works on monitoring, testing, and evaluating security assessments of systems and taking steps to help design and implement remediation solutions.

Job Summary

To be successful, the individual in this role must have knowledge of security practices and tools related to identity and access management along with enterprise digital certificate management systems. This role helps establish and maintain programs that enable the business to operate efficiently and remain in compliance with regulatory and industry best practices

Core Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Configuration: Assisting in the setup and configuration of Active Directory and Radiant Logic Directory services according to established best practices and organizational requirements.
  • User Management: Supporting user account provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management within the directory services, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Group Policy Management: Assisting in the creation, modification, and troubleshooting of group policies to enforce security settings, software deployment, and other configuration changes across the network.
  • Integration: Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate directory services with various applications, systems, and services to ensure seamless authentication and authorization processes.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Providing troubleshooting assistance and resolving issues related to directory service authentication, access control, and replication failures in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Training: Documenting configuration changes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and providing training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
  • Security and Compliance: Assisting in implementing security measures and compliance requirements within the directory services, such as password policies, access controls, and audit logging.
  • Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Monitoring the performance and health of Active Directory and Radiant Logic Directory services, and implementing performance tuning measures to optimize system performance
  • Emerging Technologies Evaluation: Keeping abreast of emerging identity and directory technologies, evaluating their applicability to organizational needs, and recommending adoption strategies where appropriate

Years Of Experience

3-5 years

Required Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)
  • 2 Years of experience in technology system support, software development or a related field
  • 1 Year of experience with information security applications and systems
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and directory service concepts.
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and LDAP.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, protocols, and best practices.

Primary Skills (must Have)

  • Good Knowledge in Azure cloud services, including Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Expertise in identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
  • CA Directory experience
  • Beyond Trust Endpoint Privilege Management
  • Radiant Logic, Radian tone FID and ICS in an enterprise organization
  • Certificate Management experience
  • CA Site Minder/ForgeRock/Key Cloak/ADFS or any other Access manager working experience (Good to have skill)
