Nurture and build client relationship while introducing new categories.
Effectively maintain the quality of creative and strategy on all accounts.
Manage and mentor a team of client servicing resources to grow and expand to newer opportunities.
Focus on all new services ensuring that % of retainer vs upsell is as per set targets.
Effectively manage the top line and bottom line while ensuring the invoicing and payment process is aligned to the agreed timelines.
Skills required
12+ years of experience in Account Management with at least 5 years in a team leading role within the Advertising (Mainline) industry. Servicing the digital business of clients would be good to have.
Prior experience of managing mid-large scale media campaign production, shoot would be preferred.
Ability to up-sell and cross-sell other services (martech, design, consulting) within the client business.
Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Planning, Creative and Project teams.
Team player with problem solving attitude.
Prior experience of handling BFSI brands would be preferred.
