WE NEED IMMEDIATE JOINERS.
Domain: IT
Ability to manage/direct team members of varying experience utilizing their techno-functional experience.
Have prior experience in handling Java projects.
Good in client handling , stakeholder management.
Excellent communication .
Project finance and invoicing.
Handling a team of 30-40 peoples.
Understanding and experience working in a waterfall and Agile delivery environment, including : Building project plans (not required to do so personally, but must be able to guide/direct).
Project planning, Create milestone plan, represent project and project team in senior mtgs Manage scrum meetings Direct backlog priorities, MVPs, story creation, story point delivery etc Manage a tech team to deliver on priorities Absolutely essential is someone who is able to communicate well with various stakeholders, with a strong tech background (as above)and enable delivery.
