Overview This position will provide operational support to Microsoft 365 services across all Company locations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter and a quick learner with the ability to perform independently and in a team Responsibilities - Work in multi-tenant environment.
- Understand Azure Subscriptions .
- Deploy, support, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, according to the Company SOPs.
- Proactively review and help to optimize Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Participate in end-to-end root cause analysis.
- Serve as primary point of contact for cloud security-related issues.
- Resolve cloud-related tickets in IT Infrastructure queue.
- Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in weekly calls with Infrastructure and Security teams.
- Effectively communicate with various audiences.
- Understand business needs and make sure they are aligned with IT innovations.
Mandotory Skills - Infrastructure Operations.
- Experience with Hybrid Azure environments.
- Experience with Domain Controllers in Azure.
- Familiarity with Azure resource groups and other virtual components, such as storage, compute, networking etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing.
- Azure AD.
- Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint Online, One-Drive.
- PowerBI, Power Platform, Workflows.
- Microsoft 365 retention.
- Microsoft 365 auditing and reporting.
- Microsoft Endpoint, Intune, MDM.
- Azure conditional access.
- Office 365 Security and Compliance.
- E-Discovery tools and features.
- Basics of PowerShell.
- Configuring and tuning SIEM Solutions.
- Security Operations.
- Expert in Security Operations Incident Response and Triage - Level 3 with Azure Sentinel.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Azure/365, Microsoft Purview solutions such as IRM, AIP, DLP, Identities and Access management.
- Proficiency in cloud security best practices.
- Experience in an enterprise Azure data environment.
- Experience in DLP, CASB/Cloud Application Security, eDiscovery, etc.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation.
- Act as a SME in Vulnerability management program and support the team in various stages of the process.
- Investigate, analyze, report, and remediate irregularities or misconfigurations with our security related tools and systems.
- Continuously monitor health of security posture and work to remediate.
