- Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing recruitment efforts within the region, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Employee Relations: Handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters within the region
- Training and Development: Coordinating training and development programs for employees in the region, ensuring that they have access to necessary skills and knowledge
- Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices and policies comply with regional labor laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Benefits and Compensation: Managing employee benefits and compensation programs for the region, including salary structures and incentives
- Performance Management: Implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback
- Workforce Planning: Collaborating with regional and corporate leadership to plan for workforce needs, including hiring, promotions, and restructuring
- Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and best practices consistently across the region
- Employee Engagement: Focusing on employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, and working to improve workplace culture
- Health and Safety: Ensuring workplace health and safety regulations and practices are followed in the region
- Talent Development: Identifying and developing talent within the region to fill key positions and contribute to the organization's growth
- Reporting: Providing reports and updates on HR activities, metrics, and employee engagement levels in the region
