Job Description:
* Seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience specializing in HR Function Like US Payroll and Benefits.
* The ideal candidate will leverage their experience for working closely with business and implementation teams to achieve desired business goals.
* As a Business Analyst, oversee and participate in requirement gathering, BRD creation, and NFR documentations.
* Hands-on experience of various HR functions including payroll management, benefits administration and compliance.
* Work closely with business to drive epics and user story creation, acceptance criteria development.
* Create wireframes, user action flows, and user journey mappings for application development while ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Conduct Sprint activities, manage project deliverables, and facilitate project planning, team management, and functional testing.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams.
