Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for premium bikes.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospective buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess indepth knowledge of our premium bike models specifications and features.
- Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the unique selling points to potential customers.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of market trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market observations.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records reports and forecasts.
- Provide regular updates to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in automotive premium bike sales.
