Qualification BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile .
Experience 4 years + Age: Below 40 Years

Computer Skill MS Office, 7QC tool, 5S, KAIZEN, POKA YOKE, ISO/ 16949 Level IS-2500

Task & Duties - Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standard
- Responsible for preparing Quality plan that support the project and clients
- Requirements on quality assurance and quality control.
- Ensure all contractor QA/QC control measure procedure are documented,
- implemented and audit and fully comply with all clients and regulatory agency
- requirements preparation of NDT plan, NDT procedure and related documents with
- reference to codes and projection specifications.
- Established Quality tools in my department like 7QC tools, 8-Disciplines of Problem
- solving, Fishbone & Why-Why analysis, Total Quality Management, CA-PDCA,
- Kaizen. Department document control, establish and release activity management.
- Responsible for Root cause analysis of shop floor problems.
- Reducing Customer complain and Internal Rejection by different QC- Tools
- Implement POKA-YOKE where needed and reducing severity
- Handling Supplier Quality, In-Coming Quality and In-Process Quality.
- Establishing and managing all SOP, MM, OS, Procedures and Manuals.
- Preparing yearly & monthly plan.
