Job description
Team Lead/ AM - Finance
Controllership:
1.To assist in timely and accurate month end book closure
2.To assist in preparation of Annual Accounts as per IND AS including notes to
accounts
3.Prepare various reports for the senior management team and Group to
analyze the financials of the company;
4.Provide support to financial accounting team.
5.Review necessary workings / files for statutory audit, internal audit or Group
audit etc. and liaise with auditor
Business and Operations:
1.Prepare business presentations as may be required for the management
2.Responsible for partnering and driving an element of business unit
performance
3.Support/Analyze/Advise the relevant business team on a daily basis.
4.Influence and drive business decision / action with appropriate analysis and
comments
Skills Required:
1.Semi- Qualified CA, CWA or MBA Finance with 1-3 years of Experience, preferably
from Ecommerce, FMCG, or Startup/Fintech Industry
2.Expert knowledge in MS-Office (xls, PPT,word, etc)
3.Working Experience of ERPs
4.Should be a Team Player
5.Good organisational and time-management skills
6.Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
