Job description
Key Responsibilities
Research, interview, and create content in customer-friendly formats. Produce high-quality white papers, blogs, case studies, and marketing materials aligned with the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and incorporate feedback into the development of content that will appear across channels. Partner with product managers, scientific leadership, and subject matter experts to identify content opportunities and produce compelling projects/articles. Identify opportunities for content to be serialized or versioned for use in other marketing materials.
Work with Product/Segment and Marketing teams, to ensure content development aligns with product launches and significant communication events, including scientific congresses.
Support business partners with content that advances mission to improve health and lives, and enriches our outreach marketing efforts
Create content that resonates with the target audience, while incorporating SEO best practices and a deep understanding of the business positioning and goals.
Conduct thorough research to gather relevant scientific insights into the latest advancements in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology and specialty areas, such as rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology and infectious disease.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualification Required
6+ years of experience as a writer, with a focus on scientific and clinical publications or article, relevant to health care providers, but also potentially to practice and health system effectiveness and efficiencies. Proven expertise in writing about the benefits of biomarkers, genetic testing, diagnostic testing and its impact on screening, diagnosis, patient continuum of care/management, and health outcomes. Drug development understanding a plus
Undergraduate or higher degree in medical-related science, with a preference for additional qualifications in communications, marketing, English, public health, or related fields.
