Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibility of the Sales Manager would be to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, establish and maintain customer relationships, and manage the sales team. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure the overall success of the company. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role Prior experience in the travel industry highly preferred Excellent sales and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field, Master’s degree a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
