Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Lead .NET Developer will play a key role in guiding technical decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Requirements:

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers.
• Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of .NET developers, providing mentorship, coaching, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.

Code Review and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, error-free software.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute software development projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Technical Innovation:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the .NET ecosystem.
• Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance development processes and efficiency.

Problem Resolution:

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing guidance to the development team.
• Ensure effective troubleshooting and debugging of software applications.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code documentation.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the development team.

Project Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern UI frameworks.
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
