Job description

• Act as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

• Guide teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of agile principles and methodologies.

• Use JIRA and Trello to manage and track sprint progress, user stories, and team velocity.

• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, enabling the team to achieve their goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment with project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in CSE/IT additionally MBA, or a related field.

• Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to tailor them to the needs of the team.

• Experience using project management tools, particularly JIRA and Trello.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• ScrumMaster certification (CSM) is a plus.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, technology, and customer needs.
