About the Role: Duration: 12 months with possible extension Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Timings: Night Shift - 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Required) Benefit: (A) Free Dinner (B) Subsidised Cab facility for coming to office for Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 PM) (C) Free Cab facility for going home from office for Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 PM) Responsibilities: - Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to improve digital adoption - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency to our customers - Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions to our customers using the client Product Ecosystem. Create Content using the client Studio Editor to suit the customer’s use cases - Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects. Experience Required - Ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders, and understand the purpose and requirements of various customer business/enterprise applications, processes, and user personas. - Have a strong learning appetite to become an expert on Client Products through our Certification Programs - 5-10 years of experience in any of the following domains - Content Creation/ Instructional Design/ Technical Writing/ Customer Success/ Account Management/ Marketing/ Software Development/ Business Analysis - Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be mandatory to have - Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment - Ability to travel to Client locations as required Preferred Skills - Excellent spoken English skills (Communicate frequently with North American clients) - Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies - Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc would be an added advantage - Previous working experience of Javascript, CSS, HTML will be preferred.Job tags
