DIGITAL SALES MANAGER

Our company

Vanel company, created in 1925, with existing teams in Europe, Asia and Africa, is creating a new team in India to manage the whole digital sales activity based upon new website vanel.tech.

New website will propose to world markets MILLIONS of products dedicated to manufacturing companies.

This team will be managed by a newly created «digital sales manager » position.

It means that all employees of this new office will be dedicated to SALES and CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION. 

 

Main Responsibilities

Sales

Market is « world market »

Including India of course

Accountable (responsible) for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals for the market and for controlling sales expenses.

Directs on line sales processes to generate revenue

Builds and promotes strong-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Presents sales, expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management

Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the new services and competition status

Deep understanding of markets, customers, and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales.

Cooperate with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.

Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.

Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.

Generate timely sales reports.

Conduct market research, trends, competitors and customer analysis.

Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.

Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.

Develop promotional ideas and material.

Continually track digital media metrics and KPIs to ensure growth.

Conduct continuous research on the latest industry trends and consumer behavior analysis to develop new ideas for the market to generate further revenue.

Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, channels of distribution, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting.

Must have knowledge in media advertising, competitive strategies, product marketing and product management.

Supervise accounting

Supervise administration of company

Manage staff with training, bonus or warnings

Relation with authorities

Relation with other Vanel companies

Job Requirements

Industrial background preferred, sales or engineering.

University degree in engineering and / or marketing and / or IT

Indian citizen preferred

Experience 3-4 years in the same or similar position.

Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing

Competence in business intelligence preferred

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to achievement

Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and delegate. Team leading proven abilities.

Strong attention to details and deadlines

Good IT and CRM knowledge, especially CMS, MAGENTO preferred

Presentation skills

Negotiation skills

Market knowledge, monitoring, and result tracking

Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully.
