Job description

*Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
*Be able to handle incoming and outgoing calls with rotational 2 offs in a week.
*To be able to provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
*Solve routine and complex problems (contact supervisor for problems
unable to solve)
*Answer calls asap.
*Display active listening and superior level of customer service .
*Self-motivated and flexible in work shifts. Willing to work on the evening/night roster.
*Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers and different situations.
*Previous experience in Customer Support would be an added advantage.
