Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer at Meenakshi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. located in Hosur. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality, evaluating quality control and assurance processes, and managing the overall quality of MPPL products. The Quality Engineer will work closely with the manufacturing and R&D team to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Product Quality
- Proficient in statistical analysis and ability to analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in quality management systems, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial.
- Experience working with automotive or furniture seating manufacturing is a plus.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other Quality Management systems is preferred.
