Job description
We are hiring a Portfolio & Operations Manager, to join the Digital team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing DT portfolio and budget in alignment with local/global finance tear, as well as design and maintain operating model for HVAC APAC DT team.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Manager
Implement and effectively manage a HVAC APAC Portfolio management process to provide insights and decision making to HVAC APAC s leadership team on Digital prioritization
Work with HVAC APAC Finance team to manage our HVAC APAC Digital Technology team s global budge
Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our organizations goals and risk tolerance
Manage the day-to-day operations of the investment portfolio, including asset allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring
Work closely with our investment team to ensure that all investment decisions are well-informed and aligned with our overall strategy
Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and investment strategy
Driving alignment across the HVAC APAC DT divisions on the service offering and ensuring consistency in communication internally and externally
Aligning on common portfolio management process, tools, and way of working across the division
Driving improvement of business transparency with product line reporting and additional metrics
Drive, capture and maintain portfolio decisions and own the Portfolio Decision Database.
Manage overall HVAC APAC DT financial planning and actual spending in partnership with our Finance colleagues
Monitoring overall HVAC APAC DT budgeting including expense and capital
Operations Manager
Design, maintain and own operating model for HVAC APAC DT teams.
Help align the ways of working between HVAC APAC DT teams, shared services, CoEs and support teams
Ensure operating model is updated in alignment with changes in organizational structure.
Help to set an operating structure for successful execution of technology roadmaps.
Qualifications/Skill
BA or BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree
Five (5) or more years experience in relevant field
A blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, capable of explaining IT concepts to business leaders and vice versa.
Well versed with key terms and concepts of finance management
Ability to develop and understand reports in tools like excel, power BI etc.
Ability to summarize complex data into an easy-to-understand dash-boards
Able to communicate with senior leadership teams
Experienced with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Support agile software development process and tools
