Job Overview: Battery Smart is seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager/Manager - Social Media to lead our social media marketing efforts and drive our online presence to new heights. The ideal candidate will be a digital-savvy professional with a passion for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, and boost engagement on digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing all digital channels, including our social media platforms, website, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence (primarily X, LinkedIn, and Instagram), driving engagement, and increasing followers through creative and strategic content. Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on social media, SEO, emailers, and display advertising campaigns. Content Management:

Oversee the creation and management of engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with engagement targets and brand voice. Emailers and Newsletters:

Design and execute corporate newsletters and emailers using MailChimp to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum ROI. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze digital marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance and ROI. SEO/SEM:

Implement and manage search engine optimization, including keyword research, link building, and PPC campaigns to increase rankings on all major search networks. Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results across all campaigns.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and techniques including social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), SEO, SEM, and digital advertising. Strong analytical skills, with experience in using digital analytics tools Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
