Hybrid Working
Structured hybrid role:
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction:
The Compliance Business Change Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of critical business change projects that form part of the Compliance Transformation change portfolio.
What will you be doing
ï' Deliver functional change projects that meet mandatory or regulatory requirements,
ï' Ensure that the project(s) are individually defined, planned and delivered to respective goals and objectives.
ï' Lead change management activities to ensure that colleagues are able and willing to accept the business change being delivered.
ï' Ensure the integrity of each project is maintained, focussing on internal consistency and compliance to governance, standards, processes and strategies,
ï' Work closely with the business areas in transitioning the project into BAU, supporting the realisation of benefits whilst maintaining operational stability.
ï' Manage risks to the project outcome and maintaining the project risk log, making judgement calls against all the identified risks and the appropriate levels of mitigation required, escalating and reporting as required.
ï' Manage change control for areas of own project scope and deciding on the outcome of impact assessments, recommending the appropriate way forward to key stakeholders.
ï' Effectively manage the dependencies between the inter-linked projects ensuring that they each deliver the agreed outputs. These dependencies may be within or external to the programme.

ï' Self-starter
ï' Ability to combine integrity and commercial approach - ability to be pragmatic in achieving a robust control environment while being efficient,
ï' Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and demonstrate flexible thinking. Ability to distil complex issues to clear and concise briefings for management,
ï' Ability to quickly establish credibility with management and interact at all levels of the organisation,
ï' Ability and willingness to recommend solutions,
ï' Strong and demonstrable banking industry experience across a wide range of products and business lines.
ï' Minimum educational qualification required for the role is Graduate
Skills that will help you in the role:
ï' Good knowledge of project management and associated methodologies
ï' Evidence of being involved in the successful delivering of project/programmes.
ï' Experience of working in a global matrix environment.
ï' Project Management related qualification preferred
ï' Prior experience within a Compliance Function an advantage
