Position: Management Trainee - Credit Underwriting (Freshers) Interview: Walk-in (13th January 2024) Location: Bangalore (on-site: HSR Layout) Role And Responsibilities - Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing their financial statements, credit history, and other relevant information.
- Develop and maintain credit scoring models to assess the risk associated with various loan applicants.
- Approve or reject loan applications based on the established credit policies and guidelines.
- Update and refine the company's credit policies and procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and collections, to gather necessary information and make informed credit decisions.
Candidate Qualifications - MBA in Finance specialization
- Basic knowledge in underwriting.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident with financial terms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
