Job description
Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts of a company with two branches
• Responsible for general accounting duties
• Verify and check staff reimbursement
• Handle payment to suppliers
• Responsible for monthly GST, TDS and quarterly income tax
• Coordinate with company secretary to complete the necessary filings with compliances
• Prepare month-end closing, accounting schedules and reports
• Handle annual audit
• Responsible for payment follow up with customer to facilitate the settlement process, update the weekly account receivable report and monthly statements delivery
• Support general office administration duties, including office housekeeping, equipment maintenance, coordinate staff events or functions, etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
