Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a program focused on women's economic empowerment.
- Develop and refine program strategy, implementation, and governance.
- Build and supervise a dedicated team for program operations.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with various organizations to enhance program impact.
- Drive fundraising efforts and manage budgetary planning and expenditure.
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure program effectiveness.
- Provide strategic inputs on technology platform development and integration.
- Lead knowledge management efforts and dissemination activities.
- Represent the program in strategic discussions and convenings.
Functional Details:
Requirements:
- Post-graduate degree in public policy, social work, business administration, or related fields.
- 12-15 years of experience in the social sector, including leading CSR initiatives or large-scale social impact programs.
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse partners.
- Understanding of social issues related to skills development, livelihood, and women's economic empowerment.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
