Job description
Main job responsibilities: 1) Responsible for Customer Satisfaction, Profitability & On time Delivery of the goods. 2) Delegate the responsibility and supervise the work of team members providing guidance and motivation to drive optimum performance. 3) Responsible for Reviewing the plant operations, production, Quality Management Systems and its effective implementation. Ensuring continual improvement and to be maintained throughout the organization. 4) Responsible to provide the technical support and guidance to Tool Maintenance, Assembly and Production Department. 5) Responsible to provide all the necessary resources (in terms of right manpower, machines, raw materials planning etc.) to the tool maintenance, assembly and production department. 6) Responsible for resolution of customer’s complaints in timely manner. 7) Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and facilitate solutions to ensure company’s growth. 8) Responsible for contingency plan preparation, ensure necessary resources availability. 9) Responsible for creating safe working environment and formulate and implementation of policies/ work instructions/ procedures accordingly. 10) Responsible to build a sense of team spirit and culture of continuous improvements leading by example to achieve company goals.
Main requirements: 1. Indian Nationality with strong Production and Quality related background. 2. Possess at least 15 years of extensive experience in the field of stamping, welding, assembly, and mold processes in Electrical or Automotive industries. 3. Mandatory Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or B. Tech, Desired Additional Qualification- MBA graduate 4. Qualified Internal auditor of ISO 9001-2015 / IATF 16949 or any other relevant QMS.Job tags
