Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at AEMS Overseas in Ahmedabad. The Executive will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, customer service, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
• Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
