We're hiring a Plant head for our client.

Location : Hyderabad
Experience: 7 to 15 Years
Qualification: UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Aviation, and Mechanical
Languages : Hindi English
Age: 35-45 years.
Note : preferred only male candidate

Job description:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant. Responsible for ensuring that the plant meets production targets, maintains quality standards, and adheres to safety protocols and procedures

Role and responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing, and running the plant's operations to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators across all areas of the business to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
Driving any necessary culture change and improvement in business performance to deliver strategic goals.
Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure that the plant has the necessary raw materials to meet customer demand.
Ensuring that the plants employees are well-trained and have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the plants production processes are efficient and effective.
Ensuring that the plants equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
Ensuring that the plants safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times.
Plant Inventory control, which includes Direct and indirect inventory.
Responsible for OpEx control and CapEx planning

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets and objectives.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in safety, quality assurance, and environmental management.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
Strong commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and workplace safety.
