Position: – Sales Maneger (M/F)
Qualification: – MBA / BE Civil
Experience: – Min 5 Years of experience in Real Estate or relevant area
Salary Budget: - 3.60 LPA
Required Skills- Good communication in English, Marathi & Hindi with good computer knowledge
- P rospected leads, scheduled meet i n gs, and converted targets i n to customers
- C oordinate with the channel partners and customers.
- O ne of the key members i n the team of Township Codename Blue Waters which has created a
- H ave a good knowledge of the new innovation of Aurangabad Real Estate Market i.e. Token System.
- IPO System.
- P roper coordination with CRM for collection and SDR process.
- M a i n ta i n i n g the qua l ity of Service for the company's Goodwill and getting more bookings with the
- the he l p of effective market research.
- A c tive Participation in project launching and expansion of business
- Hand l i n g customer quer i e s f or better customer satisfaction. Identi f ying prospective clients,
- gener at i n g bus i n ess f r om the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
- Interacting with client and channel partners on a regu l a r bas i s a nd proving address all queries,
- comp l a i n ts, and hand l i n g a l l cli e nt relations .
- P er f ormed in Crises such as Lock Down
