Job Overview Developing B2B marketing and sales strategies aligned with overall business goals

Responsibilities Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop a strategic marketing plan with a primary focus on acquiring new clients for the marketing agency. Identify and prioritize target client segments and industries for client acquisition efforts. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Set clear expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with client acquisition goals. Campaign Management for Client Acquisition: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns specifically designed to attract and acquire new clients. Utilize a variety of channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events, to maximize client acquisition efforts. Lead Generation Strategies: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for conversion. Client-Centric Messaging: Work closely with the marketing team to craft messaging that resonates with potential clients and communicates the unique value proposition of the agency. Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform client acquisition strategies. Utilize market research to identify untapped opportunities for client acquisition. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales & delivery to align client acquisition strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate regularly with leadership on the progress of client acquisition initiatives. ROI Measurement: Implement systems for measuring the return on investment (ROI) of client acquisition campaigns. Analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.

Requirements and skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven 7+ years of experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on client acquisition. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
