Python AutomationJob Title : Python Automation LeadExperience : 4-8 yearsLocation : Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaQualifications : Bachelor of Engineering/ Masters in Computer Science or equivalentEducation Qualification : B.E/B.TechPrimary Skills :- Strong proficiency in Python programming- Experience with web/mobile application UI automation using Selenium/Appium- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and lead a small team - Familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest)- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Experience with testing tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)Good to Have Skills:- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principlesResponsibilities and Duties :- Lead a small team in automation efforts with a focus on application quality- Understand the application/domain thoroughly and take ownership from a QA perspective- Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts in a Python-based framework- Analyze automation execution failures and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to resolve issues About (ref:hirist.tech)
