Job Summary:Â
We are hiring an Incident Management and Application Monitoring Specialist to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems. This role involves overseeing the entire incident management process, from identification to resolution, and implementing robust application monitoring.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the incident management team for prompt issue resolution.
· Initiate incident bridge and co-ordinate with multiple stake holders. Send out biz communication during the incident management process.
· Follow the application team to implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
· Document incidents tickets with resolutions, and preventive measures.
· Monitor application performance through monitoring dashboard, splunk logs and raise ticket with application team for issue resolution.
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system reliability.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience in incident management and application monitoring.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in incident management tools and methodologies.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Certifications in incident management or relevant areas are advantageous.
