Job description
Benchmark Dealer financial performance:
Lead the process of benchmarking dealer financial performance by driving the process of collating, qualifying & cleansing data by involving field stakeholders.
Dealer Consult:
Work with dealer principals to identify profitability improvement areas and put actions in place to address and follow-up.
Set up a dealer reporting process (for key partners), develop and lead specific trainings for the dealer principals and GMs, hold regular business reviews with key strategic dealers to take corrective actions when applicable.
New Dealer Appointment:
Contribute to the Dealer Business Review process by assessing dealer candidate business plans and recommend financial prerequisites for appointment.
Monitor & Report Dealer Network Key Financials:
Assess overall dealer profitability to support Network strategy review & deployment.
Create tools for dealers to self-assess their financial performance and educational courses for their continued financial acumen development.
Assessing Dealers' financial and non-financial performance & driving dealership profitability. To consult and advise on dealership business model that are optimal and maximize economics.
Capability building for channel finance team, field teams, and dealership teams
Benchmark Dealer financial KPIs with industry (OEM Dealers) to change/ manage the dealer business model.
Cross functional synergy with M&M personnel & dealers to understand the automotive business environment and identify the enablers which will help dealers enhance their business performance and profitability.
Preferred: CA/MBA Finance
10-15 years of relevant experience. Finance & auto industry experience to be preferred
Cross- selling experience
Adept in financial evaluation and ratios
strategic & analytic experience on business working models
experience & understanding of end to end product lifecyle in automotive industry
