Job description

Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments for the energy
and statutory bills and properly records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to
established processes in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. In a period of 3 months this resource should be
able to handle a set of team members who would do similar activities on a day to day basis.

Lead and manage a team to maintain the Energy billing system by deploying metrics and monitoring the
same. This includes monitoring the following activities.
o
Invoice generation for Energy supplies and also any surplus invoices as per DISCOM certified data.
o
Managing Client interactions as invoice support, payment follows, issue resolution, sharing and
collect NDCs and Ledgers in a regular manner.
o
Preparing monthly financial and management reports
o
Updating receivables by totalling unpaid invoices. Resolving collections by examining customer
payment plans, payment history, credit line; helps maintain a steady cash flow


The candidate must perform the above duties for the first couple of months to understand the Business and
the process involved and move to the Leader mode to monitor and ensure consistency in the function.
