Job description
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any Science (B.Tech./ B.Sc.) and MBA in Marketing.
Desired Experience:
• Experience level – 8 to 10 Years,
• Experience in developing architect networks and customer relationships,
• Creating performance reports
• Knowledge of modern marketing techniques,
• Must have worked in the building material industry, preferably fenestration (for ex. - doors-windows and glass industry),
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Must be a consistent employee in the previous employments.
Job Description:
• Achievement of set targets for the financial year,
• Maintaining architect and client relationships,
• Channel partners profiling and their management,
• Working with the territory sales team, including channel partners, to drive sales for achieving annual sales targets,
• Generating and implementing sales strategies and brand-building exercises,
• Managing a complete life cycle of an order, which includes product presentation to the customer, consultative selling, team coordination, material dispatch, site readiness, etc.
• Conducting market research on competitor products, discount policies, etc.
• Coordinating with the Project Management Department and keeping the customer informed about their order updates
• Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by channel partners and sales team,
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports in weekly reviews,
• Timely documentation and submission of sales reports, market matrix, etc.
• Training sales team members and empowering them to ensure successorship,
