Role Description
The Operations Manager i is a full-time on-site role located in Mulund. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company. The Operations Manager will work closely with the senior management team to make sure the company meets its goals and objectives. The role involves working closely with all internal teams such as Product, Technology & Sales. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or relevant role. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to analyze data. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment. Experience In a Technology Company Is a Plus.
