Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the mutual fund business. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of digital products and services within our mutual fund offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the mutual fund industry, digital trends, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital product strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives. Create and prioritize the digital product roadmap, ensuring it addresses market needs, regulatory requirements, and technology advancements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives. Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements for continuous improvement of digital products.

3. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the mutual fund space. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new digital products and enhancements.

4. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Work closely with development teams to define user stories, prioritize features, and oversee sprint planning.

5. User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all digital products and features comply with relevant regulatory requirements in the mutual fund industry. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory challenges and mitigate risks.

7. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital products. Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience (6+ years) as a Digital Product Manager in the mutual fund or financial services industry. Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, regulations, and market dynamics. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering digital products from concept to launch. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
