Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource professional for Site Head role to join our dynamic HR team 1 Point 1 Solutions.
In this role, You will be responsible for Frontline Hiring, creating and implementing strategies to manage Human Resources and attract, assess, and select top-tier candidates while providing guidance and support to the HR function and recruitment team in particular.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Human Resource, recruitment, End to End HR responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource & recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in using HR and recruitment software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Should be comfortable for work from Office
CTC: Upto 15 LPA (Not a constraint for the right candidate)
