Job Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

About Us:

WTSL intends to provide the full suite of IT/ITES Services to various customers around automation, application development and management, IT Support Centers managing the whole gamut of IT Infrastructure and environment, Cloud computing, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, managing various finance/revenue/HR/Payroll/procurement functions in a highly automated manner.

WTSL intends to deliver these services across industry sectors such as retail, consumer packaged goods, edutech, e-commerce, hi-tech, engineering R&D, manufacturing, automotive and travel/transportation/hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide information to visitors regarding company policies, procedures, and services.
• Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in handling phone systems and office equipment.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Pleasant and professional demeanor.

Education and Experience:

• Any Graduate.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
