Senior Client Acquisition Specialist(Adtech) professional for our emerging office in India with an opportunity to become a Team Lead!
As a Senior Client Acquisition youll be entrusted with fostering client relationships overseeing the acquisition process and ensuring the seamless promotion and sales of our diverse product portfolio. Your strategic vision will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities driving growth for both the team.

What will you do
- develops and prioritizes sell strategies in region/country based on the supply needs GEO new products features;
- monitors the development of relationships with strategic clients in region/country (based on revenue growth);
- proactively reacts to market changes and adopts business strategy and operational objectives accordingly;
- gives input for the business development priorities based on business operation experience with current clients in the region/country;
- maintains quality and quantity of clients launching within a specific region;
- performs analysis of new products and solutions/ideas from competitors; facilitates idea generation of new ad type and formats/features that can be interesting to the local digital advertising market;
- reviews checks and approves necessary documents: financial and business proposals commercial offer letters exclusive/nonexclusive agreement;
- involves a team in the companys marketing activities as needed (invite to take part in the webinar as a speaker/participant invite to a meetup etc.);
- builds strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders leaders and decision makers at advertising agencies major advertisers; industry associations and different types of adTech related entities affiliate networks as well as direct contacts of both advertising and publishers parts of the business.
Requirements
Who You Are
- 3 years of customer acquisition digital marketing experience in advertising agencies/ ecommerce / direct response environment;
- 1 years of team management experience (will be a plus);
- Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats ad campaigns native advertising solutions) Programmatic;
- Understanding of the principles of ad campaign optimization;
- Understanding marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics S2S trackers);
- Comprehension of global advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Google Ads etc.);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication planning and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels;
- Proven analytical skills including a strong understanding of online marketing metrics;
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial highenergy environment that requires the ability to multitask and implement high priority initiatives.

- Good Relationship with Advertising Agencies and Brands.
